My name is Nicole. I am a half black, half white woman that was born and raised in Minneapolis, MN. I have a Life Coach certification as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. I specialize in Diversity coaching and created this blog to discuss helpful topics across the racial spectrum. My cat is black and white so we are pretty much made for each other! I will be sharing my experiences in life mixed in with suggestions and topics of situations that I think could be analyzed by masses. I tend to look at things with a unique lens so I hope to create awareness and shed light on important conversations in the world.
